REGISTRATION PROCESS:

1. Call VinTravel and talk with us about the trip you wish to take and the dates you prefer.
2. Send a US $400 deposit (non refundable) to confirm your space at least 90 days prior to departure. This confirms your spot on our trip!
3. We will send you a trip booklet with travel suggestions and information.
4. Make flight arrangements to meet the VinTravel group in our departure city (generally Milan, or Rome for the Tuscany trip). Flight arrangements are your responsibility! We have found that many guests prefer to make their own flight arrangements in order to have more flexibility or to make arrangements to stay longer in Europe.
5. Send balance of account due within 60 days of trip departure.
6. We send you a final letter with any last minute information and notes on what to expect at the airport, etc.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Our wish is that your travel with us will be exceed your expectations and that you will have a wonderful time on your VinTravel trip. However, on rare occasions, circumstances arise that force our guests to cancel.

If a guest is able to reschedule for another trip, no fee is incurred. We will simply transfer your payments to the new trip.

If a guest is unable to reschedule, our cancellation policy is as follows. Any notice of cancellation must be made in writing, signed by the guest, and is subject to forfeiture of the deposit ($400 per guest). A cancellation made between 20 and 60 days prior to departure results in a 50% refund, and cancellations made within 20 days receive no refund. If you find the need to alter your reservation, please call us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Please note that some of our programs have significantly more restrictive cancellation and refund policies. Notice of such policies will be sent to guests requesting reservations for those programs, and must be acknowledged in writing.

VinTravel reserves the right to cancel a program before departure. If a program is cancelled, our liability is limited to a refund of your deposits and payments. Please note: any flight or other arrangements you may have made are at your own risk. VinTravel is not responsible for fees incurred outside of the VinTravel business.
